FAKE IT 'TILL YOU MAKE IT

SAY IT '
TIL YOU BELIEVE IT!
I CAN SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE
I AM WORTHY

I AM BEAUTIFUL
I WILL STOP WORRYING ABOUT HOW IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN AND WILL START BELIEVING THAT IT JUST WILL
I BELIEVE IN MYSELF
I WILL SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE
I AM PERFECT JUST AS I AM
I AM PROUD TO BE ME
WHAT OTHERS THINK OF ME IS THEIR CHOICE, WHAT I THINK OF ME IS MY CHOICE
MY BODY DESERVES LOVE
I AM FEARLESS
I AM ENOUGH
I ACCEPT MYSELF

AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations are statements you make to yourself.  If you constantly tell yourself that you are stupid, ugly, worthless etc. then you will believe it. Instead, you need to trick your brain into believing that you are the opposite by telling yourself positive things regularly and repeatedly.

Even if you don’t believe it, keep repeating positive affirmations to yourself and you will trick your brain into believing it until you actually DO feel it. Telling yourself that you love yourself is probably one of the hardest things for many people to do. But the more you do it, the easier it becomes and the stronger and more confident you become.

Make it a habit each day to look in the mirror as often as you can and looking yourself in the eye, say “I love you”. You probably won’t like it to begin with, you probably won’t believe it and you may well probably even feel stupid…..BUT…..keep doing it and you will eventually believe it and your self-worth will increase tenfold. Make it a daily habit of being the first and last thing you do in a day – go to the bathroom, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself.

Each day pick a new affirmation (in addition to telling yourself that you love yourself) and as you go about your day repeat that affirmation as often as you remember.
